It’s back!

That time of year when Marsh Farm Yoga invites you to support our Advent Calendar Appeal 🎄

💯 Last year, in just two weeks, YOU, our gorgeous community, collected over 100 advent calendars for local children.

🍲 They were delivered to the Storehouse Food Bank Trowbridge in time for children to open the first door on December 1st.

So grateful to be able to help and support this fabulous community foodbank and give as many children as possible the chance to count the days to the 25th.

🛒 So please, when you next go to the shops, consider buying an advent calendar and bring it with you to your next class.

📱 If you don’t practice with us at MFY but would like to donate, please message me and I’ll open the studio for you and your donation.

📦 There will be a box inside our space to pop your calendar in before you practice until 26th November so I can get them to the right place for the right time✨

I wonder whether we can gather more than last year?

What else is possible?

Not many of you will know this about me…

🐓 I used to keep bantams.

🧗 I used to work at an Outdoor Centre (think PGL but a direct competitor!)

💃 I used to go out, get p***ed & dance on tables (and bars!)

And I have ALWAYS worked with humans.

Children.
Families.
Colleagues in schools and Local Authorities.

Teaching, training staff, mentoring and coaching.

Even though I don’t work in Education these days I still educate, I still guide, I still hold space. And care. I really care.

What a lot of you will know about me is that I am now a yoga teacher, a space holder. That I have a studio.

But, like the dancing on tables, I bet you don’t know that I have a thriving coaching business too…

I coach the person not the problem. I support the soul and the nervous system, not just the mind.

And I do this out in nature, on our beautiful Farm.

Walk & Talks are the dogs! (And much less dangerous than dancing on a bar in heels take it from me😳)

I have 2 spaces left, one for you (& one for someone else) between now and the end of the year.

And you also get me in your pocket - voicenote coaching in the moment - for the weeks in between.

To drop the armour.

To stop performing and start listening.

Some days it’s sweat and fire, other days it’s tears and stillness - both are yoga.

Both are healing.

Popped a display frame on the studio door this morning!

The schedule is there for all to see - feel free to come and have a look at our offerings or come inside have a cup of tea and a chat 🍵

And while you’re there Hilperton Marsh Farm has a fab cafe Rachel's at Marsh Farm Cabin and amazing coffee at Dusty Ape. There is even a Pottery studio Marsh Farm Pottery and Alli At Garrymetalli Garry MetAlli making the most incredible art, jewellery and sculptures… Honestly you’re spoilt for choice!
