I’m just going to leave this here……
The more I learn about women’s health the more infuriated I become.
I’m not really sure why we aren’t told in our teenage years that taking the combined contraceptive pill is going to increase the likelihood of developing IBS.
Or that if you have IBS and are looking at having a baby (either naturally or by IVF) it’s going to be more difficult.
Watch this space for more insights as I continue this frustrating education.

From Monday 29th April I will be going full time Sports Therapy Centre
Although I have enjoyed my time in Lutterworth it’s time to move to Hinckley full time 😊
This means I will have more availability in Hinckley as I’ll be working Monday-Friday 🥳

As the weather is getting nicer for the summer I thought I would talk about the benefits of sunlight ☀️
☀️Vitamin D is an essential vitamin that your body absorbs from sunlight
☀️one function of vitamin D is to aid the absorption of calcium into bones ☀️the increased amount of light also boosts lots of peoples mood especially over the last couple of years when time with loved ones was limited to outdoors only
☀️spending more time outdoors has shown to lower blood pressure along with gardening
☀️the later evenings also make people feel as they have more time and are more likely to go out and exercise in the evenings
