Weightloss, stress management, self worth and belief I have a self contained therapy room at the rear of my house from which i now practice.

Many years ago when i was going through some pretty big life upheavals and fed up of not knowing where i was going or how to get there and keep sane, i decided to undertake several 'self help training courses' suddenly becoming fascinated with the way that the mind controls our very being. Having studied up to masters level in Eriksonian hypnosis and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) I truly believe that anyone can change given the right tools to enable them to do so! I have ran a private clinic for over 15 years and helped hundreds of clients to better themselves, specialising in the feel good about yourself areas, wrote one of the original virtual gastric band programs for weight loss therapy and also two books which are currently still on amazon with 5 star reviews. I am also a trainer in NLP up-to masters level. I love the theatre, play the guitar have 2 dogs, a great big main coon cat, lots of kids including twins! and i am fully DBS checked and insured!
