It's still pretty hot out there, remember some of the basics....
💦 Keep swell hydrated throughout the day
☀️ Avoid being outside in the peak hours (11am -3pm)
⛱ Shade is good
🧴 Apply high factor sun protection
👒Wear a hat when outdoors
If you feel you may have had a little too much time in the sun, look out for the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Remember to keep a close eye on those more a risk such as elderly, babies and those with existing health conditions.
