🌿 One World… One Breath… One Wild Movement

Today is World Tai Chi & Qigong Day. A chance to slow down, step outside and reconnect together.

Across every time zone, from first light to last, people are breathing deeper, moving softer and returning to what really matters.

This is the heart of Wilder Wellbeing.
Not perfect practice, just presence and mindfulness. Not rigid form but a wild flow.

Take it outside.
Let the earth hold you.
Let your breath guide you.

Breathe, ground and flow in nature.

✨ One breath to bring you back

✨ One moment to feel alive again

✨ One movement to root you down

Whether you are experienced or just beginning, today is your invitation to come home to your body.

👇 Share this and ripple the energy — let’s move as one, in our own wild way.

If you would like to join a Wild Qigong session or are curious join me at Burton Farm Cafe this May.

🌳 Friday Wellbeing Wisdom: What Trees Teach Us

When we step into the presence of trees, something in us softens. Our breath deepens. Our nervous system settles. It’s not imagined it’s pure biology. Trees release calming compounds, steady the air around us and offer a sense of safety that our bodies instinctively recognise.

Spending time with trees supports lower stress levels, improved mood, clearer thinking and a more regulated nervous system. Their slow, grounded rhythm invites us to pause, to breathe and to return to ourselves.

Trees remind us how to stand tall yet flexible, how to root deeply while reaching for light, how to let go when the season calls for it. They are living teachers in resilience, balance and quiet strength.

This weekend, take a moment to lean into their wisdom. Walk amongst them. Sit beneath one. Notice how your body responds. Let nature do what it does best restore, rebalance and reconnect you to your wilder wellbeing.

🌿 Wilder Wellbeing — where nature guides the way back to calm and connection.

🌿 Tai Chi Qigong-Based Mindful Movement Under the Ancient Oak

Join me Burton Farm Cafe for some Wild Qigong

Starting Friday 8th - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Step into the quiet magic of the woodland and let your whole system soften. This gentle Qigong‑inspired session invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply and reconnect with the calm, grounding rhythms of nature.

Held beneath the steady presence of an ancient oak tree, this practice blends mindful movement, breath, and the wisdom of the natural world. It’s a moment to reset your nervous system, release tension, and return to a sense of inner ease.

At Wilder Wellbeing, we weave together nature connection, rewilding principles and mindful movement to help you feel more rooted, spacious and alive. This twilight session is a beautiful way to pause, reconnect and remember your place in the wider web of nature.

🌳 All welcome. No experience needed. Come as you are.

✨ Leave feeling calmer, clearer and gently restored.
