Please allow up to 90 minutes for Foot or Hot & Cold Stone reflexology, consisting of a 30 minute consultation and a 60 minute treatment 👣

For Hand Reflexology or Indian Head Massage, please allow up to 75 minutes for a 30 minute consultation and a 45 minute treatment 🙌🏻💆🏻‍♀️

I’m really pleased and proud to say that I’m now an approved RLD practitioner.

RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) is an award winning technique developed by Sally Kay ( ). It mirrors MLD (Manual Lymph Drainage / lymphatic drainage massage) but applies that sequence to stimulate the lymphatic reflexes on the feet or hands.

RLD was originally developed to support clients who were diagnosed with lymphoedema as a result of having treatment for breast cancer . As well as lymphoedema, MLD is used to treat other conditions . RLD maybe be useful, as part of a holistic treatment, to aid clients with other conditions also.
MLD maybe of use for conditions such as:

Arthritis
Asthma
Chronic Fatigue
Eczema
Fibromyalgia
Headaches
Migraines
Muscle tension
Premenstrual syndrome
Sinus problems
