I’m dedicated to helping busy professionals release old emotional baggage, build unshakeable confidence, and finally experience the daily calm they’ve been craving. With my background in HR, coaching, and holistic healing, I’ve learned that true transformation happens when practical strategies meet soulful energy work. On paper, I once looked like I had everything figured out, juggling work, family, and an endless stream of commitments. Behind the scenes, though, I was battling burnout, fluctuating self-esteem, and the constant worry that life was racing by. It was only through gentle reflection, life coaching, Belief Coding®, and Reiki that I realised how powerful it can be to let go of deep-seated emotional weight. That’s when clarity and joy started flowing back into my life. Now, I channel those lessons into guiding others through life’s transitions, using simple, sustainable steps that fit right into a busy schedule. Healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming; it can be light, flexible, and genuinely life-changing. I’m here to show you that it’s never too late to break free from old patterns, rediscover what lights you up, and create a new chapter of life that feels balanced, uplifting, and deeply fulfilling.

I genuinely do, it is part of the reason I have been with Peninsula for over 16 years!
