This morning we held our Wellness event. We enjoyed a taste test with healthy smoothies, resulting with a joint winner! Well done Waitrose and Aldi both voted favourites. Naomi from Physio London gave an insightful talk about falls protection, following our armchair exercises. In the Salon Vicky, our beautician gave complimentary hand massages or facials.
The morning was enjoyed by all.

A clip from Christmas week where we were blessed to be entertained by the incredible a capella ladies "Inacord." They are one of our favourites. Always a good crowd and so many compliments.
