1 x 10am- back massage, IHM, arm and hand massage, leg and foot massage, holistic facial or Reiki

2 x 10.30am- back massage, IHM, arm and hand massage, leg and foot massage, holistic facial, reiki,

2 x 11am-reflexology, reiki, massage, crystal healing NLF, arm and hand massage, leg and foot massage, back massage

2 x 11.30am- back massage, IHM, reflexology, hot stones massage, NLF, leg and foot massage

1 x 12pm - scalp massage, foot spa, sound spa, massage, reflexology

1x 3.30pm- NLF, OFM reflexology, Crystal reflexology, reiki back massage, hot stone massage

Sessions are 20 minutes ( please allow 30 minutes so you can discuss your Individual needs with your therapist) £12 payable directly to your therapist.

You may book up to 3 therapies as long as we have availability

Just had a wonderful weekend with these amazing ladies in Helsby, Frodsham, Jo Taylor Susan Lady-Ryles Joan Marshall Christine Twigg and Lorraine Onabanjo.

We baked in the sun 😎 chilled in the hot tub and then I offered, relaxing massage treatments to aid relief of muscle tension and promote well-being. A very calming weekend.
Of course, there was still plenty of eating and drinking, as expected on a girlie weekend 🤣

I'm excited to tell you about my latest treatment ' Natural Lift Facial Massage.

It uses massage techniques to lift and tone facial muscles, improving complexion and removing any toxins from the face. In just a few sessions it achieved a more defined cheekbone and jawline as well as reducing wrinkles and age spots
