Protect your boundaries
It’s easy to have boundaries when you’re alone . It’s harder when you’re faced with a person or a circumstance that invite you to let those boundaries slide.
During our practice tomorrow in ‘HOT DEEPER FLOW’ will be a Laboratory in which we will experiment with establishing and then holding your boundaries.
It may build your resistance and clarity in tempting situations.
For example, if there is a pose or a category of poses that you know aggravates an injury, you could practice committing to not doing them, even if everyone else in the room. Sometimes telling your teacher that you are opting out and makes it easier to hold your boundaries and not get swept away.
