This will be a 90 minute practice with the option to stay a bit longer for extra relaxation (and a natter) if it calls.

A little discovery trip. I set off this morning to find the Glastonbury ‘Holy Thorn’ which I’d heard was in MK. I didn’t find it but did spend some time in this little reading garden. Check out the mosaic family/friendship scene in the roof!
The later this afternoon actually stumbled on the actual Holy Thorn itself, by mistake 🙌 mission accomplished. Legend says it only flowers on Christmas Eve. Guess I’ll be hanging out there this year 😁
