Help! My child is a fussy eater

We often get asked by parents how they can manage their children's fussy eating. Many toddlers have good days and bad days with their feeding. It’s typical for them to go through a fussy eating phase between the ages of 18 months to 2 years of age. This can continue until about 5 years of age, but it is important to know which strategies work and which should be avoided.
