The crown chakra, well known in the original 7 chakra system. As previously mentioned our chakras have increased considerably as we raise our consciousness. Its sits on top of the head.

Its function:
*our centre of wisdom and knowledge
*guides us towards self mastery
*connection to our higher self
*access to spiritual understanding

I visualise it as a glowing golden light just above the head.

It’s golden yellow colour

Bring your attention to this area, imagining a soft golden light or crown expanding and connecting you to wisdom.
Breathe deeply knowing that this wisdom is within. There’s no need to depend on external validation.

One of the well known original 7 chakras is evolving as our consciousness expands, we’re rediscovering and remembering our intuition

It sits between your eyebrows and its function is:
*Clear connection to inner guidance
*Clear perception and insights

According to Diana Cooper the 3rd eye chakra has 7 layers, I visualise it rotating 7 times lifting the veil to intuition, peace and higher vision.

It’s now emerald green and silver reflecting heart-led living and divine clarity. When we align with our heart, I believe clarity arises from deep inside.

Bring your attention to the area between your eyebrows, breathe deeply choosing to see with love, not fear and perceiving life through the lens of your heart’s wisdom 💚
