Every year, it claims millions of lives worldwide—yet with early recognition and treatment, it can be prevented.

⚠️ Know the signs of sepsis:

Slurred speech or confusion

Extreme shivering or muscle pain

Passing no urine in a day

Severe breathlessness

Skin mottled, discoloured, or very cold

If you or someone you love shows these symptoms, seek urgent medical help.

Measles is highly contagious — it can spread before symptoms even appear and can cause serious complications, especially in children and vulnerable people.

The good news? The MMR vaccine is safe, free, and highly effective at preventing measles, mumps, and rubella.

✅ If your child missed a dose, it’s never too late to catch up.
✅ Adults who aren’t fully vaccinated can get protected too.
✅ Two doses are needed for the best protection.
