We don’t just tell ourselves stories.
We also need to un-tell them. ✨

The ego is cunning, it spins tales that keep us safe, small, and unaware.

It whispers:
👉 “Stay here, don’t risk it.”
👉 “You’re not ready.”
👉 “Don’t look too closely.”

But these aren’t truths. They’re comfort blankets, soft wool gently pulled over our eyes so we never question the pattern we’re stuck in.

After a long day of work, there’s nothing better than stepping outside, rolling out the mat, and flowing through some Yoga in the garden moving our energy.

The movement, the breath, the rhythm it all helps us release the day and recharge. The sun on our skin, the breeze in the air, feet grounded in the grass... suddenly everything feels lighter.

Yoga reconnects us to ourselves, and being outside deepens that connection energising the body, calming the mind, and bringing us back to the present moment.
