Change of venue for Monday’s coffee & cake. Filter Through couldn’t accommodate us, so I’ve booked the Olde Market Inn. They will provide a selection of cakes & make you a drink for £5. It was great last time we went there, so I’m sure it will be again. 🤩😄

We can only fit 15 people in there & the class is already fully booked. Sorry, but please don’t turn up if you haven’t secured your place.
It’s only for one week, to allow lunch club to have their Christmas do in the main hall.

Thank you to everyone who came & made our Gentle Flow & Stretch Christmas lunch such a fun time. Thanks you to the staff at The Olde Market Inn for looking after us.
I thought it was great to get together.
