I had an amazing weekend at The Verve Wellbeing Festival in Wiltshire with my friend Sian. We did 11 sessions/workshops over the weekend, many different types of yoga, a cacao ceremony, breathwork, acro & palm reading. Informative, interesting, tiring & lots of fun.
I’m thinking of going again next year & seeing who else fancies coming along.
