What a lovely day on Thursday with Shinrin Yoko Forest Bathing. I really enjoyed Jo’s knowledge of Celtic folklore & seeing the amazing oak trees in the temperate rainforest.

If you’ve ever fancied having a go at forest bathing, this is a great place to have a go. Beautiful countryside
