I had the pleasure of attending this beautiful boy's entrance to the world 🌍 Shannon rocked every second, what a hero! Accompanied by one of the best birth partners I'll ever know. Having those victory cuddles before it was time to say goodbye, a very bittersweet moment it was.

Hello, this is me, a very raw and tired face after a full day of children and work. You'll usually find me being a couch potato at this time of night, falling asleep to mindless telly.

I'm nothing great or extraordinary, just a person wanting to do right in the world by raising my children right and standing up for women's birth rights.

Speaking from personal and professional experience, I highly recommend Twinkle Toes Norfolk. The lovely Amber makes the whole experience so welcoming, perfect for the nervous mamas! Twinkle Toes regularly holds classes like massage (for the baby!), yoga, music and movement, and free/messy play. You'll often find me here, attending as a mum, also as a Doula.

I will be attending Tea and Tots held at the Cliftonville in Cromer. A lovely space to spend quality time with your bubba while tucking into some cake! If you find yourself here with me on the 16th of April, come and say hello. I'll be most glad to have a natter.

Every Monday I'll be available by appointment at The Wheatsheaf - West Beckham to give a free one-to-one session. The session could consist of anything you'd feel you need to discuss regarding your Perinatal/Birth experience.

We could speak about how to make a Birth Plan or I can help you reflect on your Birth experience.

We can talk about any pregnancy difficulties or topics like breastfeeding and weaning.

I can give you unconditional informational help throughout our session. The table is yours! No problem is too big, and what's more, I want to be there with you.
