Meet Erica … a real person with real results!
At the age of 54, having struggled with a negative relationship with food for many years, Erica sought my help to get her nutrition on track.
Erica’s aim was to develop a better relationship with food along with a better understanding of the types of foods she should be eating. She also wanted to lose weight as well as increase her overall fitness levels.
During our initial consultation, we put together a plan which included small steps and realistic goals that Erica could achieve over the coming weeks.
Our aim was to lose 1-2lb per week by increasing Erica’s activity and setting her a daily calorie target that ensured she was in a calorie deficit.
These past 10 weeks have not been easy for Erica! As well as having to implement the nutritional changes required, she has also suffered with a flare up of an existing injury (a slipped disc in her back) which has made moving extremely difficult, she was left without a car following an accident as well as having to self-isolate due to Covid.
Throughout everything that’s been thrown at her, Erica has taken on board every bit of information given to her and her results are outstanding …
Over the past 10 weeks she has lost an incredible 7.3kg (16lb 1.5oz), her BMI, body fat and visceral fat have all decreased to within a much healthier range and she’s lost a total of 42cm from her arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs!
These results are incredible … I am one super happy and proud Coach. What makes me smile the most though is not how much weight or cms Erica has lost, it’s seeing the difference in her mental state and the positive relationship she now has with food. I am confident that Erica now has the tools she needs to continue along her journey to becoming a healthier version of herself.
