12 weeks til the start of summer.
Lose 1lb a week = 12lb (more energy, feel lighter?)
Lose 2lb a week = 1 stone 10lb (drop a dress size?)
Lose 3lb a week = 2 stone 8lb (feel invincible as you walk on that beach?)

It's possible, and with our group it's not 'just' food changes; you'll be learning how to bounce back after setbacks, and how to break habits that may have been a lifetime in the making. That's why staying to group is so very important. Pick a time slot that you can commit to a regular 40 mins session out of your week, and taste success!

Vegetable pilau and 'Tandoor-style' chickn. If I had ordered this from a curry house, I'd have been delighted. But, seeing as hubby made it, and it's saved money AND is free on plan, it's the absolute bomb!

When I opened Valley group over a year ago, little did I realise how awesome it was going to be. I mean, I hoped it would be, but wow, did you guys, my members, prove to be amazing.

You are inspirational, determined, committed, and resilient. But what I think really stands out, is our sense of community. Our friendliness and our sense of fun makes this journey feel something less of a burden on one person's shoulders, and more like an adventure with friends who will always help, support, and encourage you. There's no judgement or humiliation. Nobody goes hungry or has to miss out.

Hello! My name is Netty, and I'm the Consultant for this fabulous and friendly Brynteg group. I recently decided to open a new 7.00pm session in addition to our regular 5.30pm. Opening a new session is always a bit of a gamble!. You wonder if the offering will be helpful and useful to people. And you wonder how they'll even find out about it! 🤔

So I'm doing a like & share competition because let's face it, people power is the best! The idea is to get this little-known group's details out in the area, and wider community.
