⚠️IMPORTANT INFO - HIDDEN PHONES⚠️

On Sunday 7th September 2025, the UK Government will be testing the Emergency Alert System, which sends loud alerts to mobile phones across the country.

If you have a hidden phone, it’s important to switch off these alerts, as they could reveal the phone’s existence.

Its Mental Health Month, from Suicide Prevention Day 10th of September - World Mental Health Day 10th October. This year's theme is Mental Health in The Workplace. Some of our counselling team marked this with a Community Wellness visit to the Ulster Folk Museum which is just down the road. Beautiful surroundings, great coffee and scones, and fantastic exhibits reminding us of the challenges faced by our communities over the years and the positive changes that come about with time and committment. It was also great to see the work of the skilled crafts people. An enriching time spent with great people!!
