Limitless Sports Therapy is heading to Dubai ❤️🇦🇪💚
I’m very excited to have been asked back by Netball Ireland to support them as they play their way through the UAE Nations Cup in Dubai. Singapore was an amazing experience with incredibly talented netball players and I can’t wait to see some familiar faces and some new ones too 😁😁

Hopefully we all know by now how important it is to stay hydrated, but in case you have forgotten here are some of the symptoms of dehydration...
- Increased fatigue
- Feeling dizzy or Lightheaded
- Headaches
- Sunken eyes

Out of Clinic
I am out of the clinic from Wednesday the 10th of July to Tuesday the 16th of July, off on a much needed rest in the sunshine.

I have been offered the opportunity to support Netball Ireland as they take part in the National Cup in Singapore 💚🧡
I will assisting players pre game, managing any on court injuries and helping players recovery after each game as they work their way through the tournament 😁😁
To say I’m excited is an understatement, and as a keen netball player myself I honestly can’t wait to be apart of this experience. I will be jetting off on the 29th of August 🇸🇬✈️
