NHS are launching a new digital service that patients can use to confirm or change their home address directly with the NHS. This means you no longer need to ask your GP surgery to do this for you.

NHS may well contact you and we would like to provide reassurance for our patients in case you are invited to update your details.

Dementia Services in Medway

Medway Singing for the Memory: A singing group designed for people living with dementia and other cognitive impairments, their carers, and their friends. Held in Rochester on the second Friday of each month. Here is further information and upcoming schedule.
