✨ A fresh new batch of handmade candles just poured ✨

I started making candles as a child—one of those simple joys that got lost in the busyness of life. But two years ago, I rekindled this hobby, and it’s become something special again.

There’s something powerful about lighting a candle before I begin working online or when holding space for a client—especially during breathwork. It sets the tone.

I only use the purest soy or beeswax and organic essential oils to keep the energy clean and calm.

These little flames bring me back to presence, every time.

A few days in the Lake District, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and stunning views—just what we needed! Hiking together, exploring the trails, and taking in the beauty of the outdoors reminded us how powerful it is to slow down, be present, and enjoy simple moments.

Our Story

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy techniques and hypnosis. The psychotherapy in itself is extremely beneficial and helps you to address underlying issues, however the techniques I use don't involve talking about problems, or reliving painful memories or experiences, instead they focus on an understanding of how the brain works which will leave you feeling more positive, more in control of yourself, more in control of your emotions. The positive psychotherapy work is enhanced by the application of hypnosis. Hypnotherapy works by directly accessing the subconscious mind creating a state of relaxation where the conscious mind becomes less active and when this occurs the subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to positive suggestion and reinforcement. Brain waves change during this process, so we become more focused, relaxed and able to make decisions easier.
