                                            What’s on your plate tonight? 
Meal for one this evening so I wanted quick and easy! Boiled some rice (I cook it in bone broth for taste and extra protein) tin of mackerel in spicy tomato sauce and greens! Dollop of cottage cheese and coriander on top too! 
Full of flavour, full of protein, full of carbs to keep me full and colour for nutrients!
