Massive congratulations to Echoes, one of the Peak15 Group Services, for being a finalist in the 'Team of the Year' category at the Surrey Care Association Ltd 2024 awards.

They were nominated by Peak15 for showing great innovation, best practice and outstanding community involvement. They have shown themselves to be responsive and flexible when delivering support and they work together as a team to overcome challenges.

It's Learning Disability Week and the theme is: 'Do you see me?' It's all about being seen, heard and valued.

We think Big Life Adventure is a great way for people to be seen and heard - within the product is a fully inclusive social media platform for people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people and it was designed by Peak15.

People from within the Peak15 Group are loving using it and It launches externally this summer.

Some of the people we support will be helping out....serving food, drinks and selling merchandise from our shop. As always, our woodwork and art teams have been working hard to create all of the handmade items available to buy.

Always a favourite event in the Peak15 Group calendar - the annual carol concert took place yesterday afternoon and it got everyone in the Christmas mood. Over 100 people attended, with representation across the whole of the Peak15 Group including The Butterfly Project Horsham. As usual, unpredictable fun was the order of the day and that's just how we like it ☺️

Massive congratulations to Kylie for winning Care Worker of the Year and to the Big Life Opportunities team for winning 'Innovation in Practice' for the life changing work they have done during 2023.

Really important to recognise our other finalists too - the Peak15 Group HR team who work tirelessly and innovatively to ensure we are recruiting and retaining exceptional people and Lou, who should be so proud to be recognised as a finalist for Registered Manager.

Wow! What an incredible couple of days. This awesome group of fun loving, determined individuals set off on their #biglifechallenge with Big Life to #snowdonia. They crossed the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, climbed #mountsnowdon and tackled the Zipworld Adventure , Bethesda. What a week! Our annual Summer Camp is great fun and Peak15, as always, got the party started and enjoyed a week of activities culminating in a dance-a-thon and disco. Over 100 people attended the Thursday BBQ and it was really special to see great friends back together. Peak15, you rock!
