It's a new week but Self Care September continues .Day 15 today - the goal is to choose words that will soothe and support in difficult times. Do you need help with this? Why not join us this week for a chat and encouragement over a cuppa?

We'll be open this week on Wednesday and Friday from 5pm until 8pm offering a welcoming, safe space and a friendly listening ear. Our volunteers are patient, kind and supportive and will listen without judgement to whatever you're going through.

If you're over 18 and finding life tough then we'd love to get to know you and hear your story. and help you find those words that will strengthen and lift you up when things are getting you down. Be kind to yourself and drop in this week - you're worth it.

It's Day 12 of Self Care September - a bit of mood-boosting activity outdoors is on the calendar. It's bright out but perhaps a bit blustery for badminton! What else can you do to boost your mind and body today?

We're open tonight from 5pm until 8pm - join us for some Friday fun as we have a gentle boogie in our outdoor garden. If you're not up for dancing, you can still enjoy a cuppa and a chat with a friendly volunteer or join in a game with other guests. Or, you can enjoy your brew in quiet in our calm room.

We've got plenty of space to enjoy this evening of wellbeing and support at your own pace. If you're over 18 and finding life tough, then come as you are for encouragement and support - you're worth it and you'll be most welcome.

When life is difficult, it's OK not to be OK but it can help to talk about what's on your mind and whatever you're going through. At Night Light Café, we're here to listen.

It's Day 10 of Self Care September - if you're over 18 and could use some support in tough times then why not pop in tonight for a cuppa and a chat with one of our friendly volunteers? There's no judgement here, just people who care and maybe even a few who've been where you're at and can encourage you.

It's Day 8 of Self Care September - today's tip raises the stakes a little. Are you going through difficult times, feeling overwhelmed yet concerned that no one will understand? It can be a little scary to open up and share your troubles but did you know that's exactly what Night Light Cafes are there for?

We'll be open this Wednesday and Friday evening from 5pm until 8pm offering a listening ear and a safe space. Our friendly volunteers will greet you with a warm welcome and a hot drink and listen without judgement to whatever is on your mind. And they can also signpost you to further support.

If you're not yet up for a chat, then you can still enjoy a cuppa, a quiet space or activities and games with other guests.

Wherever you're at in your circumstances come as you are this week and take that first step towards connection and support - you're worth it and you'll be most welcome.

It's Day 5 of Self Care September - forgiving yourself is on the calendar. Do you have things that you're self-critical over? Are you finding it difficult to give yourself a break?

When we're stuck in a loop of unforgivenrss towards ourselves it can help to talk it through, to gain some fresh perspective and begin to break the cycle.

If you could use some support, then pop in tonight for a chat over a cuppa. Our friendly volunteers will listen without judgement but with plenty of compassion and encouragement. Be kind to yourself and join us tonight - you're worthy of forgiveness, and you'll be most welcome.
