Great in group last night. Weight losses were super with a 7 1/2 weight loss for a lady in her first week! I am looking to run a 5.30 and 7pm group at Stanhope Hall on a Thursday. I will keep you posted.

Last week I had my Slimming World Kitchen order. This is sausage borlotti casserole. Free on food optimising. The food is fantastic quality. Everything is made from scratch. You generally only need to add seasoning. So easy. Find Slimming World Kitchen on line.

First night was great! I met so many lovely people. My social team were fab! It was great to see new members, current members, target members and whilst I know some people were unable to stay to image therapy, I got to chat to many of them. I will be setting up a private group for my members where everyone can share their inspirational ideas. If you know anyone who is interested in joining please let them know. 7pm, Stanhope Hall, Horncastle.
