For the mother of the bride photos and inevitable judgement, no way was I prepared to expose myself to that humiliation. So I joined CWP and over 12 months I lost 2 stone*, and as you can see I was delighted with my achievement. Post weight loss I was able to choose my mother of the bride dress in a size 12. Everybody on the day was so complimentary and it felt great that I had finally achieved what I set out to do. The buzz I have experienced has ensured that I have maintained my weight loss, continuing on the CWP at step 5 and maintenance. I’ve previously tried every diet in the book and I can testify that CWP is the only diet that has worked for me, and have been able to stick to without feeling deprived and fed up. Sadly I lost my dad, and subsequently gained a little, but with self control and the support of my Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant pulled myself back on track, and was able to quickly shed the few pounds I gained. As a mum and nan I do find it easier the lighter and healthier I am. Now as a Cambridge Weight Consultant I am able to help others to attain their weight loss and achieve their goals.
