New Project Alert – Brompton Square, West London, SW3

We’ve officially commenced works on a new high-end residential refurbishment in the heart of Knightsbridge, directly opposite the iconic Harrods department store.

This handsome property is part of a square of Grade II listed townhouses in Brompton Square, constructed between 1821 and 1835. It’s a privilege to be working on a building with such historical and architectural significance in one of London’s most sought-after locations.

Set to run over the next 12 months, the project involves a full refurbishment of both internal and external areas, with a focus on quality, detail, and preserving the original character of the property.

We look forward to sharing the journey and showcasing the transformation as the project progresses.

COMPLETED PROJECT ALERT

We have successfully completed a recent project for the Hampstead Group Practice and Marie Curie at the Roy Shaw Centre.

This project involved the remodelling of the office accommodation to provide facilities suitable for the delivery of primary care.

The works included but were not limited to:
• Demolition
• Soft strip
• Internal alterations
• Acoustic partitions
• Acoustic ceilings
• Internal doors
• New ventilation system
• Electrical upgrades
• Cubicles track installation
• Flooring
• Decorations

We are pleased to share one of our recently completed high end residential projects in Parsons Green.

This was a stunning residential fit out of a 4 bedroom house.

High quality finishes were undertaken of the kitchen, living room and bedroom space.

Works included:
•Strip out and removal of existing soft floor coverings •Windows
•Isolation and repairs to existing Electrics
•Supply and install new electrics, test, and commissioning thereafter
•Replacement of existing brassware plumbing finishes
•Supply and install new solid oak hardwood flooring to all stairs, landing and bedroom areas
•Sand and apply two coats of Sealer
•Redecoration throughout of all previously decorated surfaces
