Midlife & Me Yoga – A Gentle, Supportive Space for Women ✨
Are you in midlife (or beyond) and feeling the many things this season of life can bring? Anxiety, sleep struggles, brain fog, hormonal changes, or just a sense that your body and mind need a little extra care? You’re not alone 💕
Midlife & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class, suitable for complete beginners, created especially for women in midlife and older. Each week we focus on a different aspect of a woman’s life – from anxiety and menopause to sleep deprivation, brain fog and more.
Through gentle movement and guided relaxation, the classes are designed to help ease the symptoms that so often show up during midlife, while nurturing calm, strength and self-compassion
This is more than a yoga class – it’s a friendly, supportive community. After class, there’s the option to stay for coffee and brunch, giving space to chat, connect and continue the supportive conversation.
