A new month and a chance to take a pause and take some time for yourself. Whatever your yoga journey, come and join me for a flow on Thursdays at Hornchurch Library. Whether you’re a teacher who needs to take a breath in the lead up to half term, or an office worker who wants to mindfully move, hatha yoga will have you covered!
