Just wanted to let people know that we will no longer be holding Mental Health Mates Hornsea walks due to other life commitments.
Mental health mates will always be a part of my journey & many others I'm sure.

Social media & email will be deleted at the end of this week.

Mental health mates Hornsea’s first walk of the year❤️ Thankyou so much to all those who came along today and braved the chilly weather, we had a lovely walk around Hall Garth park it was so nice to see everyone and to chat along the way. We hope you can join us on our upcoming walks , dates will be announced soon

Happy new year! From the MHM Hornsea

We are back starting 2025 with a walk next Saturday 11th at 3:30pm meeting outside Hornsea Hub hopefully we may get to see a decent sunset along the sea front.

Everyone is welcome!
Please if anyone can help me spread the word, it would be much appreciated.
We would also like to thank our lovely assistant walk leader Abby decorated a tree at St Nicholas church to spread more awareness & with lots of beautiful quotes & also the church for lettung us have a tree decorated ❤️
