Mental health mates Hornsea’s first walk of the year❤️ Thankyou so much to all those who came along today and braved the chilly weather, we had a lovely walk around Hall Garth park it was so nice to see everyone and to chat along the way. We hope you can join us on our upcoming walks , dates will be announced soon

Happy new year! From the MHM Hornsea

We are back starting 2025 with a walk next Saturday 11th at 3:30pm meeting outside Hornsea Hub hopefully we may get to see a decent sunset along the sea front.

Please if anyone can help me spread the word, it would be much appreciated.
We would also like to thank our lovely assistant walk leader Abby decorated a tree at St Nicholas church to spread more awareness & with lots of beautiful quotes & also the church for lettung us have a tree decorated ❤️

We hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend, thankyou to those who attended today’s walk we enjoyed a lovely seafront walk today and the sunshine just about broke through the clouds too!☀️

Good evening everyone Abby here , We have missed you all! We are back with walks for October and many more along the way! Watch this space! 🫶

I must say a huge sorry and apologise about September walks being postponed too due to personal matters I had to take a little extra time out but we are back and can’t wait to see you all again on walks!

On Sunday 6th October I shall be leading a walk meeting at Hornsea hub at 11am and on Friday 11th October Sam shall be leading our men’s mental health walk at 5:30pm meeting at Hornsea hub
