Hi I am Amy, the host of this page and I am the founder of Vagina Truth Bomb, a lymphatic educator and Women’s Health & Wellbeing Mentor. I created Vagina Truth Bomb I want to help change the narratives and attitudes surrounding women's health & wellbeing to ones that are more POSITIVE & more INFORMED! This follows my own experiences having struggled with endometriosis, hysterectomy, surgical menopause, chronic constipation and more.
