July 2025: βI really want to lose weight, but thereβs no point in starting now - Iβm going on holiday in 2 weeksβ
August 2025: βI still want to lose weight, but Iβll just wait until the schools go backβ
September 2025: β Maybe itβs time to join, but Iβve got two nights out this month so Iβll wait until next monthβ
October 2025: βRight this month Iβm going to startβ¦ but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. Iβll get that out the way first. β
November 2025: βIβm feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.β
December 2025: βThereβs absolutely no point joining in December Iβve got far too many nights out.β
January 2026: βSlimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. Iβll just wait until next month.β
February 2026: βI wished Iβd joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now. β
