There was a man in Southall that bought a chicken as a gift for his friend. He put the chicken in a cardboard box and was stopped by Police.

He was given a £400 fine for aninal cruelty.

I'm not sure if he was allowed to carry on his journey with the chicken or if they took the chicken.
