✨️Here is my weekly schedule friends✨️

All classes take place at the lovely .co.uk studio in Hove.

Thursday morning class is from
7 am-8 am, and it is spicy. I always offer modification but expect creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom.

Friday Yin is from 6.30-7.45, and we wind down from the busy week. It's a slow and mindful class where we hold poses for a longer period of time on the ground.

Sunday morning is from 9.30-10.30, and just like the Thursday one, it is dynamic, fun and sweaty.

Did you know that I'm available for corporate yoga and wellbeing gigs as well? DM for more information ✨️

I can also help you elevate your yoga and wellbeing practice on and off the mat, so you won't feel the need to punch someone in the face when someone books in a 4pm meeting on a Friday.🤌😩

Let's explore Aparigraha, or non-attachment, the fifth Yama in the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

Non-attachment isn’t only about wanting or consuming less. Rather, it guides us to a place where we don’t desire superfluous things. It’s okay to have possessions and want things out of life, but those things and the desire for them shouldn’t own you.
We create a lot of suffering when we are overly attached to things, people, or ideas. Things break, relationships turn sour, and we don’t always achieve our goals.
Nothing in life is permanent, all things – both good and bad – come to an end. Knowing this allows us to live in the moment. Non-attachment helps us navigate through these moments and shifts our perspective and desire for them.
Practicing non-attachment doesn’t mean that we must give everything up, isolate ourselves, or go through life without goals. What it does ask is that we refrain from harmful greed and obsessions that could otherwise invade and damage many aspects of our lives.

Exciting day at the yoga studio🥰

09/05/2022

Just a bit of morning wiggle after a run.
I'm in love with early morning run & walks since the weather got better.
It really helps me to start my day with a clear headspace and it feels like I have already done something for myself.

✨RECHARGE AND RESET✨

I've been taking some time off from social media in the last couple of weeks spending loads of time with friends, with Mimi on the beach, walking, eating out, visiting new places...
Let me tell you how guilty I feel sometimes from disconnecting and not posting yoga videos.
I feel like I should be doing yoga posts because I'm a yoga teacher but often I don't enjoy recording my practice, I don't enjoy recording my weightlifting, I don't enjoy spending my weekends brainstorming, creating, editing and scheduling videos.

And I don't want to do things if I'm not having fun with it. I made having fun priority in everything I do.
I know there are certain things that we have to do even if we don't feel like it in order to get to where we want to be but we should have fun more often than not.

So whatever you are doing,
Ask yourself am I having fun?
Can I simplify?
How can I make this ..... enjoyable, and more sustainable for me?
This is something I've been working on as well and trying to figure out as I go.
