Hooray - it’s Friday! Join me at The Yoga-Life Studio at 10 for some gentle stretches, winding down and recharging, Eastbourne folks. The class is also available live via Zoom and if you have the luxury of more time to yourself afterwards why not check out Towner Eastbourne (providing colourful backdrop in my first pic!) 🌈 We’re gradually seeing a little more light and colour out there. Sunday is Imbolc, the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Let’s chase away the January blues:)

Friday morning sparkles at The Yoga-Life Studio with such a great group of yogis. Join us next week at 10:00 for our last class of the year on Friday 19th. There won’t be a class on the 26th, Boxing Day. Would people like a New Year Zoom session on the 2nd…? Let me know! 🌟

Meant to post this on Friday while there, but got sidetracked by lovely Friday rituals of catching up with folks and an abundance of Eastbourne treats! Here’s Lakshmi at The Yoga-Life Studio where we gave her a nod with and thoughts of abundance and sparkles of light in the darkness. Join me at Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove on Wednesday evening at 6pm for more on this theme along with gentle Hatha stretches and relaxation in a cosy sanctuary for a midweek treat! 🪷
