Hello and welcome to Sakura energy healing.I am a Hove based energy practitioner and have lived here for over 30 years, once you live near the sea, you can never leave!

​I have always been interested in the healing arts. Starting my journey as an NFSH (National Federation of UK Spiritual Healers) healer in 1999 and over a period of 20 years I studied Reiki, Seichem, and Pellowah healing arts. Energy healing blew my mind, body and soul, it changed my life. I can only describe my own experience as hitting the reset button and coming home to me. I began to live authentically.

All those annoying blocks to happiness, all those negative situations/people that used to be part of my life drifted away.

​During my Reiki training, I studied mentoring & counselling; tools that I feel are an essential part of my holistic work as we enter the new paradigm of consciousness, health and self-awareness.​
