Treatments available; Pilates, Massage (Sports/IASTM/Swedish/Aromatherapy/Indian Head Massage/Table Thai) & Stick Mobility. IASTM or “Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage” is massage with the assistance of specialist tools, these include; ROCKTAPE UK (Rock Blades) plus Cupping (Fire, Silicone, Lever) & KT Taping.
