Physical wellbeing is important and we're proud to be home to so many fitness and wellbeing sessions here at the John Godber Centre.

Regular physical activity is known to improve mental health, quality of life, and wellbeing.
There's something for everyone on our timetable whatever your fitness level, age or reason including:

5.30pm - ABL Health fitness and nutrition session
7pm - Adult Ballet The Sarah Adamson School Of Dancing

Tuesdays -
11.30am Zumba Gold with Karen
1.30pm Sequence Dancing with Lynn
6pm Stephs Dance Fitness

7pm Pregnancy Yoga with Little Legs with Lauren
8pm Mummy Yoga with Lauren - 1st Wednesday of the month

We're proud to be home to so many groups and activities here at the John Godber Centre and if you're looking for friendly support to help with your slimming journey we have a number of weekly classes and groups as well as a range of fitness classes to help.
Slimming World in Hucknall holds 8 groups a week here with 2 wonderful consultants and offer friendly supportive groups.

Wednesday mornings 9am and 10.30am with Slimming World with Sarah
Thursday evenings 4pm, 5.30pm and 7pm with Bradbury Slimming World Consultant in Hucknall
Saturday mornings 7.15am, 8.45am and 10.15am with Nicola

Everyone is different and unique and has their own needs so we're pleased to offer a number of choices for your support journey with some amazing and friendly people to help. We also have a range of fitness classes to support you as well.

A few pictures from today 😊

Thanks to all that stopped by and said hello. We met some lovely people who maybe joining and the hamper supplied by The Fruit Corner Hucknall was won by Carol. Video to follow.

Our lunch was all Slimming World friendly too.. A jacket potato, cheese (30g weighed) and beans from The Sweet Cafe. And the coffee was lovely

Graham even had a private ball room dance lesson (before the torrential rain ☔️

We had a lovely visit from Kim from John Godber Centre to wish us well on our stall.

Now home to defrost 🧊🥶

We even had a duckling 🐥 rescue on one of our routes 😱
