Genco Tech partnered up with our tech team to 3D print flame-retardant protective cases for bespoke printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Several test samples were first produced to assess dimensional accuracy, durability and fit before full production. Using ABS-FR polymer on our Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer, we produced 100 sets of cases and printed an additional 50-set batch to meet continued demand.

This project shows how additive manufacturing can deliver low-volume, high-quality parts that meet strict standards like UL94 V0 and RoHS.
