The old adage goes that time speeds up with age and I have witnessed the same often occurs when we raise our energetic vibration. It doesn't seem five minutes ago that we were celebrating the Winter Solstice, yet here we are already turning the corner to inch ever forward into the into the fertility and abundance of Spring and the Pagan festival of light, Imbolc.
This year, I am deeply feeling the steady ascent towards the light with a frisson of so much hope and promise. All those seeds of potential we carefully planted in the deep, dark earth of Winter having been waiting patiently, absorbing nourishment , ready to 'spring' and push upwards through the density into our awareness and herald new growth and opportunities. Perhaps more than ever for me this year, these new beginnings feel in total alignment with the higher vibrational world we are co-creating.
Over the Winter months, I had been guided to hunker down , letting old parts of me , which were no longer in alignment with my highest self, fall away. Being quieter, more introspective and reflective, stripping away the egoic sense of identity and releasing the 'shoulds' and the 'oughts'. As I hunkered down, like the seed under the soil, I deep dived within, similtaneously being called to address both my shadow aspects alongside attending to the expansion of my own inner light.
What the world can sometimes view as unhealthy 'naval gazing' or laziness, was actually the most productive thing I could have done.
Now, as I emerge once again, blinking into the light, I am renewed and replenished, my seedling stronger than ever before, ready to rise up and feel the sap of life flowing freely through my energy fields, feeling connected to and grateful for all that is.

May the sun warm your back, may your heart beat strongly with the pulse of Mother Earth, may your energy flow freely like the river and may we all shine as beacons of hope so our shining illuminates far and wide and enables others to feel and see the light too. Xx
