I’m really sorry for any inconvenience. Fingers crossed that Almondbury and Lindley are ok on Friday and Saturday; weather dependent.

Finally it’s Wednesday, and the first meetings of 2026 are kicking off in Kirkheaton tonight, and tomorrow it’s Lindley and Highburton. Are you ready to make some changes? Take back control; do this for you! There’s no need to start anything extreme! All you need to do is make a few positive changes, and stay consistent with them! Alison did! Look at the difference in her! Portion controlling cheese and moving more worked for her!

Just think what could happen if you just made a start! Your dreams don’t have to stay as dreams! My meetings are full of members, who are just like you, but they have made the decision to focus on themselves, and are taking action! That’s the only difference! You can see success too! Alex is a completely different person, and now walks practically everywhere! Small steps turn into great things. You just need to start!
