Let’s be honest... it’s not the good days that throw you off!
Yesterday we talked about keeping things simple
But this is the part that really makes the difference...
What you do on the days when things don’t go to plan.
Because those days will happen.
So instead of expecting perfection... have a “bad day plan”:
👉🏻A walk.
👉🏻Some water.
👉🏻A pause before things spiral.
Small things - but they keep you moving forward!

You fall off when life gets busy, stressful, or a bit messy...
And instead of adjusting - you quit!
That’s the problem.
Like I said yesterday, this doesn’t need to be complicated.
But it DOES need to work on bad days.
So here’s your new rule:
Bad day? Lower the bar! Don’t quit!
Because a one off moment doesn’t ruin your progress....but giving up does! Hang in there!

A walk.
Balanced meals.
Keeping going, even after a wobble.

Simple… but powerful!

You’re overcomplicating weight loss!

It’s not the plan.
It’s not carbs.
It’s not needing more willpower.

It’s the fact you’re not doing the basics consistently.

👉🏻Walking.
👉🏻Eating without constantly overeating.
👉🏻Not quitting every time it’s not perfect.

That’s it.

This is where so many people go wrong. Don’t overcomplicate it! Plan your week using recipes you find online, cookbooks, or anything! Do your shopping, get only what you need....dont deviate!
A well planned, well shopped week, makes all the difference!! No pressure. No perfection. Just progress
