Group support and personal accountability really reinforces your desire and motivation succeed! Believe in yourself and you’re halfway there! I have a meeting in Almondbury this morning at 10am!

“When you think you can; or you think you can’t; you’re right” - believe in yourself all the way! Lucy has lost over 11 stone! Do you think you can’t now? YES YOU CAN!! It won’t happen overnight, but the sum of small consistent actions will get you there! Quick fixes are exactly that, and they don’t last. Invest the time to do it right, and make it last! Habit change over time is the answer!

Men Walking and Talking would like to invite each and every one of you to our next Big Walk And Talk in Huddersfield on Saturday 25th October.

This friends and family walk is for everyone; men, women, kids, and doggos 🐕

This is an opportunity for us all to come together and not only meet and make new friends on a walk, but to celebrate all of the great work that happens in our community in the mental health and wellbeing space.

What a fabulous moment at my Lindley meeting this morning! My friend, and team helper, Alison achieved her goal weight! She has lost 17lbs, and feels fabulous! She was initially spurred on to get on track for her friends’ daughters wedding in Majorca, and had a great loss for that! She’s recently undergone hip surgery, and getting a few more pounds off has meant that her recovery is going well, and her mobility is good! She’s 3 weeks post surgery, and you’d never know! She’s more confident, and thrilled that previously tight clothes are now fitting! Lots of love in the room for the “voile bag”! Weight loss improves health, mobility and mental wellbeing….what’s not to love?! 🤷🏼‍♀️
