4 week course- (2hrs a session)
As well as learning all the Hypnobirthing techniques, the course includes a full antenatal education- taught by a midwife.

A common question asked: How many weeks pregnant should I be to start a hypnobirthing course?
I suggest from 24 weeks of pregnancy. Most women and birth partner start around 28 weeks- but... just start whenever it is best for you.
