We’ll be honest… we’re absolutely rubbish at social media. 🙈

Between work, kids, training, and general life chaos – posting, planning content, remembering hashtags (and not just forgetting our passwords 🤦‍♀️) is not our strong point.

But what is our strong point? Helping real people make real progress with their health and fitness.

So if our feed looks a little messy or inconsistent, just know that behind the scenes we’re putting our energy into coaching, supporting, and cheering our clients on.

Between us, we’ve lost a total of 25.5 stone (that’s 357 lbs!) — and today we’re celebrating that incredible achievement together with a BBQ in the sunshine ☀️🔥

When Gary first joined us at TH-RiVE, he was ready to make a change… and WOW did he deliver. No gimmicks. No starvation. Just consistent effort, good food, accountability — and a bit of TH-RiVE magic.

Massive shoutout to our amazing client as she returns to work following maternity leave!

In just 12 weeks, she’s dropped 10.2kg — but this transformation is about so much more than a number on the scales.

This lovely lady’s journey wasn’t plain sailing — there were obstacles, there were setbacks, and real-life challenges along the way (as there always are!). But what made the biggest difference?

Her honesty, consistency, and communication.
She checked in even when the week hadn’t gone to plan. She asked questions, took feedback on board, and trusted the process. And most importantly, she kept showing up for herself 🙌🏼

This is what real change looks like — not perfection, but progress through persistence.

We are so proud of how far she’s come, and even more excited about what’s still to come!
