We have the course for you Skills4Life community education are running First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC 3) course from 2nd March to 6th March 2026. If you have a desire to learn and drive to help people this will be the course for you.

From CPR to managing a bleeding, broke bones and so much more… All of our courses are taught by professionals with extensive experience in the medical field.

It only takes a few minutes to learn to save a life.�Today is , a reminder that anyone can be a lifesaver.�Here’s what to do if someone collapses and is unresponsive:
1️⃣ Check for responsiveness & breathing�2️⃣ Call 999 immediately and put your phone on speaker�3️⃣ Start chest compressions – push hard and fast in the centre of the chest (100–120 per minute)�4️⃣ Use an AED (defibrillator) if available and follow its instructions
Every second counts. 💪 Learn CPR. Save a life. ❤️

First Response Emergency Care Level 3 internal staff training week 😁

Our courses give candidates a mixture of practical experience and classroom based theory. It was fantastic to get familiar with Ambulance as well as using our trauma packs.

The scenarios were challenging, nevertheless the passion in the team is ‘infectious’ 😜 therefore we had fun learning too.

Thank you to the team for a fantastic week updating our skill set.
