Hey everyone 👋
I know we don't speak much but that's a good thing. Now a preparation for a long post with a question at the end. Prepare yourselves ....
So I had my recent appointment with Addenbrookes. Was a very thorough appointment. I had lung function test, bone scan, bloods and a long talk with specialist nurse Jo.
1st things 1st bloods was amazing ... all in the green ☺️ I always panic and get anxious with my bloods. So I obviously walked in a little sniffly. I stress myself so much I always have a cold or some sort of infection after any visit.
Anyway Jo asked every question you could think of. Discussing vaccinations to what my p**p is like 🤣 I felt at ease talking with her so we spoke about stuff I don't say in the phone consultations. Nothing of worry or stuff I should say as I'm not stupid. Faster you feel a change the easier it's to sort an all that.
After an hour chat she reassures me that I am doing fantastic and I'm to be easier on myself and my brain fog, occasional fatigue and very apparent anxiety with my health.
So overall a great visit and given me a little new spring (minus this run down cold I've got) 🤩
I'm always thankful for every day, especially thankful and special place in my heart for my pch team (as much as I no longer see them) and my addenbrookes team ❤️❤️
Now question is because my visits are far and few between do I keep this page up and running ? Thoughts in the comments below 👇👇👇
