This is a quick Vinyasa yoga routine, a great addition to your morning routine to help you feel ready for the day ahead.

Vinyasa yoga focuses on strength of the whole body, encourages fat burning and is great for those struggle with high intensity workouts.

REMEMBER be gentle with your body, move with your breath and don’t push yourself too hard. If you feel pain in any positions return to a comfortable position that feels good for your body.

I recently injured my back in the gym so I thought I would create a gentle yoga routine for lower back pain.

I know this is something a lot of you struggle with so follow along with the video to help relieve tension and stress.

let’s talk about.. GOAL SETTING

the key is to keep things really simple. to refrain from overloading ourselves with duties and responsibilities. that way, we can stay on track and feel less stressed 💘

1. brainstorm - if you don’t know what you want to do, start by writing down all your thoughts and ideas, it doesn’t matter if you do them or not. just getting them out on paper is a great start

2. decide which will change your life the most - which is the most important thing to start this week? decide on one or two things that should be at the top of your priority list

3. what can you do to make that happen? - now you have your goal. how are you going to achieve it?
- are you going to hit the gym three times this week?
- are you going to read every day?
- are you going to join a new yoga class? (tehehe 🤭)
whatever it is… decide on the necessary steps you need to take to bridge the gaps between you and completing your goals

it’s the perfect time for reflecting on your week and planning for the one that’s about to begin (there’s something really grounding about laying on the floor whilst doing this😂)

take a moment to check in with yourselves.. is everything going to plan? are we staying on track? did we live up to our goals? and if not.. what changes can we make for the week going forward🌞
