What a fantastic afternoon we had today with Safari Stu paying a special visit to the home! 🐍🕷️

Our residents were so brave getting up close with the snakes and spiders, and they absolutely loved every minute of it! 😀

It’s always wonderful to spice things up a bit and try something different, even if it does involve a few creepy crawlies! Thank you, Safari Stu, for such a memorable experience for everyone. 💚

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting our Dementia Perspective workshop at The Chase Care Home and what an incredible day it was 💙

It was truly wonderful to welcome so many amazing families from our local community, alongside relatives of our beloved residents and some dedicated professionals.

The session was filled with meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and a real sense of understanding and connection.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special, we loved every moment and can’t wait to host the next one.

A massive thank you our fabulous trainer Andrew Wrensch for running the session and to one of our amazing Dementia Champions Louise Caton for all her support 🥰

Alan Hack

A huge thank you to Alan Hack for the joy and entertainment he brings to our residents every time he visits. He is so loved by everyone here, and the residents always look forward to seeing him.

Alan has such a wonderful way of bringing people together, so many residents come along to watch, enjoy, sing, and smile.

The atmosphere he creates is truly special, and his visits brighten everyone’s day.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found him and are so grateful for the happiness he brings to our home. Thank you, Alan, for all that you do!

At The Chase, we fully embraced Active April! 🌼💪

Our residents had a fantastic time staying active and enjoying a variety of activities including golf, bowls, dancing, sunny walks, arm chaired based exercise, and some great sessions in our gym with Jai.
It’s so important to keep moving, and we make it a priority to build fun, engaging exercise into our planner each and every week. Seeing our residents smiling, socialising, and staying active is what it’s all about! 💛🩵
