As 2026 begins, I have been reflecting on ‘my why’.
If you’re considering working with me, I want you to know what truly matters to me and why.
My work is shaped not only by training and experience but by my own lived understanding of stress, overwhelm and the need for safe, compassionate spaces to slow down and breathe.
I know what it’s like to function on the outside while feeling disconnected or stretched thin on the inside.
Because of that, I care deeply about creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly or have everything worked out. A space where you can arrive just as you are.
I care about mental and emotional wellbeing being met with kindness rather than pressure to “fix” yourself.
Many of the patterns we struggle with are intelligent responses from a nervous system that has learned how to cope.
I care about working at your pace, listening to your body and what feels safe for you. True change doesn’t come from pushing harder but from feeling supported enough to soften.
I bring together mindfulness, breathwork and gentle body-based approaches to support you as a whole person because healing doesn’t happen in isolation from the body.
Most of all, I care about helping you reconnect with a sense of calm, self-compassion and inner steadiness that may feel far away but is already within you.
If this resonates, I look forward to meeting you.
